Compliance status
This website is partially conformant with level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, the standard referenced by EN 301 549 and by Directive (EU) 2019/882 on accessibility requirements for products and services (the European Accessibility Act), transposed into Spanish law by Ley 11/2023. “Partially conformant” means that most of the content meets the standard, but some parts do not, as described below.
Non-accessible content
We are aware of the following limitations:
- Link text. A small number of links use generic wording such as “read more” instead of describing their destination. We are replacing them progressively.
- Heading structure. On some pages the heading levels skip a level, which can make navigation with a screen reader less predictable.
- Third-party content. Embedded video players, the cookie consent banner and the payment checkout are provided by third parties. We do not control their code and cannot guarantee that they meet WCAG 2.1 AA in full.
- Product documentation. Some downloadable files, such as datasheets and manuals supplied by manufacturers, may not be fully accessible.
How this statement was prepared
This statement was prepared on 4 August 2026 following a self-assessment carried out by Cacharricos, S.L. The review covered the home page, a product page, a blog article and the cart, and checked text alternatives for images, page language, heading structure, link purpose and frame titles.
Measures we take
- All content images carry a text alternative; purely decorative images are marked as such so that screen readers skip them.
- Each page declares its language, and Spanish and English versions are linked to one another.
- Each page has a single main heading.
- The site is built on W3C standards (HTML5, CSS, SVG) and is responsive, so it can be enlarged or used on small screens without loss of content.
- New or modified content is reviewed as it is published.
