All prices shown on our website include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, unless you have added a VAT number to your account or at checkout. No additional customs duties or import fees apply to EU customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For customers located outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your local customs authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Orders to the United States ship on a DAP<\/strong> basis, the same as every other destination outside the European Union: any duties, taxes and import fees charged by US customs are payable by the recipient<\/strong> and are not included in your checkout total. The courier will normally contact you before delivery to arrange payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Exception:<\/strong> MagStore\u2122 products are not currently available for shipment to the United States. All other KitBravo\u00ae lines ship to the US as described above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Orders shipped outside the United States are sent on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. Under DAP terms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the original shipping cost, before mentioned duties or taxes and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a direct link to monitor your parcel’s progress. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery<\/strong> for a refund or exchange\u2014no questions asked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days<\/strong> of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
