During peak periods, holidays, or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

We work with trusted courier partners such as DHL, DPD, FedEx, and others to provide safe, reliable, and fully trackable delivery worldwide.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location. We continuously review our courier agreements to provide fair and competitive rates worldwide.
Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
Within the European Union
All prices shown on our website include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, unless you have added a VAT number to your account or at checkout. No additional customs duties or import feed apply to EU customers.
Outside the European Union
For customers located outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your local customs authority.
United States – Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
We ship all US orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your checkout total. Your parcel will be delivered directly to your door without any additional charges upon arrival.
Our courier partners manage all customs clearance and duty payments on your behalf to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
All Other Countries – Delivered at Place (DAP)
Orders shipped outside the United States are sent on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. Under DAP terms:
- The buyer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs feeds charged by their local authorities.
- These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.
- The courier (e.g. DHL or FedEx) will typically contact you before delivery to arrange payment of these charges.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the original shipping cost, before mentioned duties or taxes and any return fees will be deducted from you refund.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a direct link to monitor your parcel’s progress.
Tracking updates may take 24-48hrs after dispatch.

Our Returns Policy
At Kit Bravo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange—no questions asked.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and undamaged
- Item must be in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels
- Proof of purchase required (order number or invoice)
- Returns must be authorised in advance by our team
Items that cannot be returned:
- Custom or special-order products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging
Defective or Damaged Products
Received a defective or damaged item? We’ll make it right.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@kitbravo.net
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label (or reimburse your return shipping)
- Once received, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice

How to Start a Return
Step 1: Contact us

- Which product(s) you’re returning
- Reason for return
Step 3: Wait for authorisation
- We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the shipping address
- Do not send items back without authorisation
Step 4: Ship your return
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Keep your tracking number
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns ship to our EU warehouse in Spain
- Customer pays return shipping
- Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees on the return shipment
- We cannot be responsible for returns held, delayed, or lost due to unpaid customs fees
Defective or damaged items: Kit Bravo covers return shipping costs. We’ll provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable shipping expenses.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll email you to confirm receipt
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- If your order was refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect address, those fees plus return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
- Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

- Return the original item for a refund
- This ensures fastest delivery and stock availability
Option 2: Traditional Exchange
- Contact info@kitbravo.net to request an exchange
- We’ll process your return and ship the replacement once received
- Note: This takes longer as we wait to receive your return first
Refused Deliveries & Failed Customs Clearance
If a shipment is refused at delivery or returned to us because customs duties weren’t paid:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Any customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees charged to us will be deducted from your refund
- Return shipping costs charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund
To avoid this, please ensure you’re available to receive your package and prepared to pay any applicable import duties for your country.
